An Elegant Palace – by request

I built this house by request. Click here for the original plans and pictures

This is a huge Mediterranean styled mansion, that offers 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, 4 fire places, a 3 car-garage, an outdoor pool, a gym, sauna and much more.

Ground floor:
The main entrance opens from a Portico into a 2-story high entry hall. Stairs are leading to the second floor and a gallery.

The formal dining room is to the right. On the left side there is a study with a fireplace.
From a formal two-story high living room you have access to the covered lanai, the outdoor pool and garden.
Adjacent to the living room there is a music and game room with a fire place, which also opens to the kitchen and bar area.
The garage is located in the back of the site and connected to the house with a covered walkway.
It leads to a second entry hall and staircase. A little office, powder room and wine cellar can also be reached from there.
The master suite is situated in the left wing and offers a grand bathroom with double shower and sink, a huge bathtub and separate toilet. There are also two walk-in closets and a sauna!

Second floor:
The gallery overlooks the formal living room and entry hall downstairs. The other four bedrooms are located on this floor and they all have their own bathrooms and walk-in closets. The balcony is accessible from two of them.
There is also a sitting room and a gym. Another staircase is leading to the attic.
A family room with fire place and a billiard table completes this lavish palace!
