Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Here's another starter home for your simmies! I really quite like this one as well and can only hope you do as well!



This house has:
- 2 bedrooms and 1 bath

- unfurnished (except for lighting and outdoor plants)

- style: cottage (according to globalhouseplans.com which also has the home plan)
