Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
This lot was requested and actually designed by stEEp and I can thus say it was quite an honour to have been chosen to build her design. Unfortunately, you do lose a few squares of space due to the split-level stairs but that was upon request by stEEp so hopefully you can work around it. Hope you all enjoy the lot.

- unfurnished
