40 Oakridge Drive - by request

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Well, myself and my fellow builders and friends, larsson1970, and cmkb396 decided to have a little three-way builder challenge/thingy... Anyway, we all gave a houseplan to each other, so six in total, and are going to build them for each other.
This lot is cmkb's request and boy was it a challenge. The roof gave me so much trouble and all the features within the home like a curved staircase and a ton of fireplaces, not to mention so many angled walls. But in the end, I'm really happy she rquested it as it challenged me as a builder and I think it turned out quite well. Also, I was able to find a curved staircase and fireplaces with no chimneys so they didn't bother anything else!
So I hope cmkb and all of you enjoy the lot and check back to see how larsson and cmkb fared in our three-way builder challenge/thingy because I'm done and can now sit back and relax!



This house has:
- 4/5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths

- unfurnished (cmkb's lots are empty so I thought I should do the same, besides it's a big lot, I didn't want to try after all the other stresses I had with this lot)

- style: craftsman, luxury, victorian
