Welcome to my first upload! How excitement!

Lot Name: Frankie's Family Diner
Lot Zoning: Commercial
Cleaned with CleanInstaller: Yes
Play-Tested: Yes
Custom Content Included: None

Introduction:
At times I have felt that the community is lacking in simple, basic, yet attractive facilities for their Sims. Not everyone wants to be bombarded with huge buildings and oodles of Custom Content, when Maxis gave us a lot of beautiful stuff to begin with. I am therefore building a number of lots that use only Maxis content, and won't lag up your game when played.

Description:
Frankie's Family Diner provides fun and food for the whole family! With a classy yet simple interior and reasonable prices, your Sim family will feel quite at home. Catering particularly for families or groups, the diner can seat up to 26 Sims at a time. Table seating ranges from 3 Sims at a table to 6 Sims at a table.

Policy: I feel really important typing that. Teeheehee . . . Anyway, my policy is pretty much the policy of courtesy, good manners, and good sense. That means:

- no uploading to the Exchange, duh.
- you can use it in Screenshots and Movies, but a little credit would be nice, particularly if used extensively. And PM me so I can see what you've made.
- and that's it.

Please hit the Thanks button, and leave Comments! This is my first Upload, so I could say 'be gentle', but I figure the first time will make or break me . . . but try to keep the criticism constructive please!

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: N/A

Additional Credits:
I want to thank my folks, for telling me not to play The Sims 2 so much. Being the spiteful little creature I am it made me want to play it all the more.

Also thanks to plasticbox, for inspiring me with his awesome lots.

And thanks to my dog, who was deprived of me playing with him until I finished this. He loves me anyway.

Enjoy! And hopefully there will be many more Lots (and other things) to come!
