A simple but fun diner I made for my University 'hood as there were not many local places to satisfy the 'dine out' want.

It is built in a style I call Sim Feng Shui which is yes, a little boxy, but results in real energy when the lot is in play. The principles are: not so small that your Sims are constantly bumping up against one another, getting trapped in corners or waving and whining; not so large that you have to put radio collars on them. In short, I built this one for them, not me. Let's face it. My computer is not going to reward my building skills with more Sims. I'm gonna get 4 NPCS, 8 townies and my casual group, no matter what. I got quaint, innovative, multi-story, etc. Hopefully, you'll see some of them. The Secret Society members really like this one.

This is priced to make a good second or third business for business aspiration Sims (I love OFB). If you delete the landscaping you will save about $9K. And if the landscaping is blocking your preferred angle of play, just do it...rip it out.

This lot does not have any content from FT/AL/IKEA but it was packaged after installation of those EPs.
