Gridlock City (by request)-More streets, less room, more jams ahead!

a request was made by someone that i should make the blocks abit smaller. These streets now can only house 3x3 lots and smaller. the original Gridlocked!!!-a neighborhood thats completely flat and repetitive neighborhood is also worth a look at if you haven't done so. what do you know? a fantastic city, just waiting for a poison cloud. now if only there were a mod to put more cars on the street. Once again, needs a camera hack to see entire neighborhood, but why bother when it all looks the same?
