Here is my personal Wisteria Lane's Neighborhood interpretation. Wisteria Lane is only an imaginary place. This is a little pretty neighborhood and I think works good.
There is not much space but the real Wisteria Lane have only ten houses. Here you can put 20, 25 houses and put the rest into the downtown.
To wach it correctly I recommend to install the GunMod's Camera Mod.
To install just decompress into your EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder.
