This one bedroom cape features a walkout basement. It has a lot of space for the money. Sitting on a 2x3 lot, it leaves enough room inside and out that you won't need to move for quite a while...if ever. It comes with basic furnishings, including all skill builders (ie, telescope, easel, mirror, bookcase, radio)--all set for 1 or 2 sims.

From the street, it looks like a slightly upscale small cape cod:



But the walkout basement greatly expands the feel of space. There is enough room to race a car, and visibility to see it go:



The main floor has a large kitchen, a dining room, a full bath and a large living room.. (There is that pesky car peaking out of the basement.)



Upstairs is a large bedroom and another full bath.
