This little two bedroom house is patterened after a prefab from 1928. It features a walkout basement and wood burning stove. It is fully furnished for 3--but does not have skillbuilders for logic and art. (I suppose you could sell the charming little stove and buy those if you MUST have them immediately.) The third person is assumed a toddler or infant; a bed is cheaper than the crib and changing station if your sims are older.

As you can see from the picture, it has a good start on landscaping


The main floor contains all the real living space and all the furnishings.
