Edwardian Style Townhouse

Well here we are again with another house for you to play with.
Based on an Edwardian design, these town house were/are found in London (think Mary Poppins).
Rarely detached, I made a pretty abysmal effort at building an alleyway along one side! I played with the idea of building a block of three ajoining houses but that seemed pointless as you would have the family running in and out of them (unless of course locked).

Anyway, the house is set over five floors. I believe at this time the kitchen was normally in the basement but I have put it on the ground floor for convenience. I also cheated slightly by adding a dishwasher, fridge and trash compactor!!! but you can blame Numenor and Mary Lou for making such wonderfull units.
I have only furnished the ground floor as Maxis stuff will not do the house justice and I did not want to include loads of CC. There are some great pieces of period furniture out there and I find it fun just browsing for the right pieces for specific rooms.

House layout is as follows;
Basement: Servent quarters...good for live in maids and cooks.
Ground floor: Entry hall, Dining room, Kitchen and a small Bathroom.
First floor: Comprising of four rooms.
Second floor: Comprises three rooms, (space is lost owing to making the corridors wider to stop sim bottlenecks).
Attic: Childrens bedrooms maybe?
There is also a conservatory attached to the back of the house.
Obviously, you can change the layout to suit your preferences and style of play.
