Untraditional Townhouse

Hi everyone, this is the first lot I've submitted to MTS2. Not exactly a traditional style townhouse, as I messed with the domed roof for something different and I was so happy with the end result I decided that I would share.

This is an unfurnished lot. (apart from the kitchen and bathroom, which is included when u buy a house )Built on a small 2x2 sized lot. Downstairs has the entrance hall, masterbedroom, kitchen/dining and lounge. Upstairs a large bedroom and study (or 3rd bedroom),bathroom and games/familyroom.Theres room for a driveway should it be needed. Your simmies can buy this lot for a measely $32,664 simoleons.
