62 Beach Lane (a 3x1 lot)

This little house is for the very small grounds at a street, were 2x2 is already to big to place it. Specialy on Islands you sometimes face the problem that there is a street along the beach and not enough place to set a 2x2 lot on it.

Here is my solution for this problem:


on the right side you can see the carport with access to a small room on a foundation and on the left side a big room with a stair to the first floor.


there is a empy room with a balcony on the right (over the carport) and an open gallery with balcony on the left side.


If you don´t have a car, you can also simply get another room for living, when you

- delete the driveway,
- close the wall and add some windows
- place a stair outside from ground to balcony on first floor



This way my Teenager got his own rooms:

- study in the small room next the carport or indoor pool
- access to first floor with a teenager room, bathroom (just add a wall to the room) and balcony
