Here comes my very first house I did for the game, after I bought it. The best place for it is along a coast line (you can find beautiful Neighbourhoods here at MTS2). The lot was cleaned with clean installer. Back to the facts:

Lot Size: 2 x 3
Costs: $ 54,740.00
Unfurnished

It has 3 floors = Ground Floor, a bigger Gallery (1st floor), 3rd. Floor under the roof.

- There are 2 rooms with a corridor under the roof and a smaller balcony
- than you have the Gallery with connection to a bigger balcony and
- 2 rooms on groung floor (1 small one I used for the kitchen - and the big one with a higher landing between ground floor and gallery).
- 1 big terrace
- 1 car parking place
- 1 swimming pool

The Wall Windows and Wall Window Double Doors are from Numenor and can be find here (should be the WallWindow_Seamless_BASIC_Set)

The sand I used and shown on the picture comes from www.mirenas-dreamworld.ch

And for the Stairs in the House you should try the "Carina SpotLight" Modular Stairs from Chrissy6930 and Numenor; they look awesome in the game !
