This is a small (2x2 lot) pet shop with a bar in the basement. It has no custom content and requires only the Pets Expansion Pack.
I love building basements, but since my new favourite hood is only one click above water surface, I had to build it on the ground level this time.
Each of my community lots has a toilet, shower or tub, a grill or a restaurant and a coffee machine - I don't like it when my Sims have to leave because of motive decay.
Since this is a pet shop it also features a bowl, bone and scratchpost, in case you take your pet there or you simply like encouraging strays.
I made this with the AnyGameStarter and playtested it briefly in Strangetown. This is my first upload, so feedback is very welcome. Thanks.
