Well there is`nt..until now.
I was so tired of all those ugly maxis dorms..(no fence) so I made my own.
It has a swimmingpool and a outdoor cafeteria...youre sim ain`t paying to live there anyway so give them the best of everything.

if you have placed the dorm in a neighborhood, but the dorm turnd into a residental lot, type in this cheat:
