Countryside Collection: Classic Series


GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COLLECTION
The Countryside Collection includes 4 sets of country styled lots. Each set has 4 houses in it. The houses vary in lot size and design. The Classic Series includes 4 classic country homes: The Tulsa, The Birmingham, The Savannah and The Memphis. I drew inspiration from U.S. southern homes. This download includes 4 lots. I leave decorating these lots up to individual tastes! These lots are from my old collection of lots, but have been remodeled and/or updated to include Expansion pack items and be more Sim friendly.

The Tulsa:

CORNER LOTS
Several of my lots are corner lots. The Tulsa and The Savannah are both corner lots. Place the lots with the driveway to the side and the mailbox facing you. If for some reason you forget and enter the lot, just exit and turn the lot to face the correct direction.

EXPANSION PACKS REQUIRED
As of January 2008 all stephanie b. lots will use the original Sims 2 game and the core Expansion Packs. No STUFF Packs were used to create the downloads included here.

MY TEXTURES:
All stephanie b. walls, floors and ground covers included in houses downloaded from MTS2 can be used in lot creations on any free or pay site as long as I receive credit for the textures. Please do not post my textures (walls, floors or groundcovers) or lots on other sites without my permission or reupload them as your own by giving them face-lifts without giving me credit for the original design.
