Simple, managable size, good layout... what more could your sims want? (then again, sims can be demanding) this spacious home comes fully furnished with All Maxis items with a country theme in most rooms.
Simple colours on the walls and flooring create an airy, modern look and plenty of windows let the light flood in.
Sims wont get bored living in this house. They could indulge in a bit of fishing; relax in the hot tub; swim in the pool; tend to the crops and fruit trees... or just veg out in front of the tv and games machine.
Two bathrooms ease the crush for the toilet/shower/bath/sink/stand around in bathroom doing nothing problem.



The kitchen is not huge but it has everything your sims need and a nice view of the garden and pool.



Cleaned with Clean Installer and play tested for 30 minutes just to check everything is placed ok.
