A row of three simple homes for a larger group of sims, maybe fresh outta uni adults, or an extended family who want a seperate place to shove the oldies but still have them around to babysit (Unpaid nanny service gives great benefits).

Each Home has a a very simple but effective layout with an open plan living room which includes kitchen and dining areas and internal door into the integral garage, upstairs are two good sized double bedrooms, one with small balcony. There's also a study/single bedroom and two full bathrooms. Each individual house has it's own enclosed rear patio and hot tub, a gate from each leads out on to a path and the shared swimming pool.

Decor is plain and basic so feel free to use your imagination and give these properties your very own style makeover.

The end-right property has been partially furnished to give a better idea of the suggested layout with an almost random placement within the rooms, its just to give an idea of layout.

This lot has been cleaned with clean installer
