First of all it started with the idea of remaking Elkor Plaza (a large department store in home city - Riga, Latvia), but I realized that I would need bigger lot size then it is available in the game (I would need a lot size of 12x7). But I didn't want to abbandon this idea, so here is Elkor for Sims - SELKOR.

This lot is a small version of the real thing, but mainly the same. The lot that is in the zip folder is empty (without the products to sell).

Selkor grey - wall color for the outside and inside.
Selkor red - wall color for the entrance sign and cash desks
Selkor sign 1 to 5 - entrance sign
Selkor Sales Banner 1 an 2 - The big sales banner besides entrance
(all above are found by wall coverings/massonary)
Elkor Plaza white/grey tile - floor coverings
Elkor sign by cash desk - the name says it all (found by wall hangings)
Cash desk sign - the name says it all (found by wall hangings)

All custom contents made by me.

I included in the zip the worker uniforms of Selkor (male and female adult everyday clothes)
