I have many sim family's who have three or four kids so I wanted a reasonably priced house where all the kids could have their own room - so here you have the Georgian Willows!

Built on a 5x3 lot you have the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, family bathroom, family room with vaulted ceiling, sunroom, office/possible 6th bedroom, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor.
