So here is my third upload to this wonderfull site - it is a try to build a building with a two-story basement. It took me three attempts to do so, and alot of boolproping - but i managed. There is mostly no interior layout so you can let your creativety roll and set up labs, offices, secret researchrooms in the deepest cellar. But enough off that.

Lot size: 3x2

There is no custom content included - the price is just over 100.000,-
the Institute comes with a little appartment. I let the pictures talk for now.
