This is a house based on one that's down the street from me. It's not exactly the same but I got the layout of the house from it.




It's a spacious house for a family of four.
There is three bedrooms, but it can be made into four by removing the garage and making it into a bedroom, or shrinking down the master bedroom.
There is a dining room off of a large kitchen.
There is also a living room with a study in it.
