Hurray! Another starter.

So first I need to give massive credit for Brighten11 for the idea of playing down a house until the price dropped. Hope she doesn’t mind that I used it! Also to simlogical for the “stay-things shrub” which made playing it down possible.

Now, I bring you… A split level country(ish) starter!
Playtested
Fully Furnished
Landscaped (as in planted)

Since it’s been played down, the prices of the objects are lower than if you sold them immediately after moving into a new home, but this way it comes fully furnished and decorated!
Also, despite being playtested, when I actually aged the lot I didn’t let my sim touch anything, save for tending the garden and talking to the trees; therefore, nothing should break unnaturally early.
