City Style Starter (No CC, Fully Furnished)

Tired of all those silly asterisks cluttering up your game? Do you sims dream in asterisks? Do YOU dream in asterisks? Does it take you five minutes just to load a house or find that new couch?
Or perhaps… your downloads folder is cluttered with those dreaded gibberish packages files from your most recent house download! *Dun dun dduunnn*

Well, here is a starter home without custom content! I tried to go for style without overdoing it. It’s really just a bachelor/bachelorette pad; I tried to catch the city feel while still giving it a (very small) yard and driveway.
Anyway, I hate moving in my single sims into homes that have 3 bedrooms and I never use those rooms. So here is a fully furnished starter lot for your single sims.

A duplicate lot has been tested and your sim will be able to get to everything, but the couch is against a horizontal wall, so your sims might walk through the corner a bit. Also, on the balcony, the flowerboxes are overlapping, so the lighting on them might be a bit off at night, and you can see faint lines on a couple of them. (I don’t think it’s enough to noticed, but I thought I’d bring it up anyway.)
(With a bit of redecorating, you could fit two single beds in there, but you’d probably have to delete some stuff. And trust me, it’s impossible to fit a double bed!)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this. It was a nice break to not use any custom content.
