Deep Space 9 Remodel- Residential and Community versions

Quoted from Memory Alpha:
"One of the single most historically, politically, and strategically important space stations in the Alpha Quadrant, Deep Space 9, originally known as Terok Nor, was an orbital space station constructed by the Cardassians in orbit of Bajor. Under Federation administration following the Cardassian withdrawal, DS9 became a vital commercial port and defensive outpost because of its strategic location near the mouth of the Bajoran wormhole. It later became a key tactical location in the Dominion War."

While I liked the original version of this lot, I wasn't especially happy with how the build mesh looked. The lower pylons seemed to sink into the ground and there wasn't as much detail in the overall shape as I would have liked. The new meshes give it a more accurate shape, but the layout is nesecarily changed. I tried to make the layout of Ops as close to the original as possible. Also, the DS9 furniture used in this lot is from the set I recently updated. (Ops 5 in particular has been converted from a 3x1 table to a standing console/ video game)

Built on a 5x5 lot, the residential version costs 223,000. As a residential lot, it can accomodate as big a crew as your PC can handle. As a community lot, it has endless commercial possibilities. I've furnished Ops, Science, Hydroponics, 2 springball courts and 2 racquetball courts, and Quark's, partially furnished security, and left space layed out for a mess, sickbay, and a cargo bay. (I would have furnished them, but i didn't have enough file space)
