Who remembers Bernie? He was the poor fat guy who was constantly rejected but after working out, he got the girl of his dreams.
Despite it was promised, this house and family didn't make it to the final game.


This was the house that was shown on the preview disk for The Sims 2 that came with The Sims Makin Magic. I spent a while on trying to get this house to work out. I searched for all the pictures I could find of it and watched the video that was on the preview disk many times. After hours of searching I didnt find that much info about the house, but was able to build it with what I did find. So here it is, Bernie's House.


On the first floor there is a wide open space that contains the living room, dinning room, and kitchen. The kitchen has a door going outside to the deck. On the first level of the deck is two sitting areas and the infamous hot tub that showed us lighting strikes. Down some stairs you are on a lower level deck, which contains a grill and eating area.


The second floor contains a hallway and one bedroom with its own privet bathroom. Out in the hall there is a door to the second floor outdoor sitting area, which overlooks the side and back of the house.


The third floor has an open area which contains a desk and computer and some games. It also has a door going to the third floor outdoor area which has a sitting area and telescope. The third floor also contains the second bedroom and privet bath.

This house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. It's on a 4x4 lot and costs §111,324. It is furnished, but with Maxis content only.

I hope you all like this, especially if you were one of the people who wanted this house in the game.
