Little Green House

This house is fairly closely based on the house I lived in for the majority of my life. It's a small ranch, built in the '50s.

As you walk in the front door, you are in the living room, which is a fair size. The living room comes with a couch, coffee table, television, two bookcases, and a fish tank.


Across the hall from the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is able to fit a fair amount of prep area, along with a table and four chairs.


Down the hall you have the house's only bathroom, which is large enough for a shower/bath stall. Across from the bathroom you have the master bedroom, which includes a double bed, two end tables, two dressers, and a desk with a computer.


Next to the master bedroom is the second bedroom. It is able to fit a single bed with end table, a dresser, toy box, and it's own desk with a computer.


There is also a basement that has just a few tiles more than the house itself. The basement has a unfinished look, stone walls and grey floor, and is empty other than lights and a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have hampers to catch dirty clothes. So, you have plenty of space you make it what you want.

The backyard has a patio almost the entire length of the house. It has two lounge chairs, along with a table to eat at and a grill. The yard is large enough that you could add a pool or trampoline. There is also a detached garage with parking for two cars, and with the long driveway, you can fit more parking spots if you wanted to.

Furnished, the house costs §49,535. Unfurnished, the house costs §29,294. The lot is located on a 30x30 lot. This lot is also CC free.
