The Hillside Ranch is a one bedroom, one and a half bath home. My idea for the house was for a couple to buy it after they retire and have made a nice sum of money through their working career.


Once you walk in the front door you are in the main hall. To the right is the living room, and behind that is the eat in kitchen. Off of the kitchen is the garage. The garage has space for one car and one bike. The garage is also where the washer and dryer are located.

Across the hall from the kitchen is the office. The office comes with a desk and chair. Off of the office is a small half bathroom.

Then there is the master bedroom. It's small, but has enough space for a double bed, two dressers, and some decorative items. The master bedroom also has it's own bathroom. The master bath has both a shower and a tub.


Out back there is a patio with a fish pond next to it. The pond comes with a common lake fish spawner. There is also a small garden that comes with a few produce plants. Finally, there is a gazebo that is surrounded with flowers. The gazebo has two benches and a light, perfect for sitting out on during the warm Summer nights.

Furnished, the house costs §73,739. Unfurnished, the house costs §42,357. The lot is located on a 40x30 lot.
