HEY! I am finally back and i bring a new house! I am working on a whole neighborhood that contains ALL of the base game lots I have uploaded so far and even MORE! Ok, so i better explain the house before i totally get side tracked an ramble on and on about nothing important!

Ok so this house actually has a new feature, you can actually decorate one bedroom and bathroom to you liking! How kewel is that!? Moving on...

OK, traditionally here is the story!

You have sim who needs to move up because he bought a house that just didn't fit his needs. It was way to small! But of course, he never got a job and was more into the party vibe. But there is no way he can bring his lady (or guy, whichever is preferred) friends over to play a fun game of...wrestling...in the bed or hot tub! But, he suddenly remembers the swanky old house down the street. Ahh, what was its name...what was its name! I think it was Elegance - Tudor Starter and it can accomidate 3 sims and it is ONLY 20,000 simoleans! Thats GREAT for his party buddies to chillax and hang out in! Heck, there is even a pool to have some summer fun (GREAT compatability with seasons) So your super cool romantic party dude has his fun and gets to lay in a nice house at the same time!

So, i am really hoping that this house can be batter than the rest (or at least do well!) So let me give you a little update!
