After doing some starter and slum lots, I wanted to make a bit more bigger house for a sim family or a couple who is retired from work.

It turned out as a landhouse with a garden and a small lake.

1 Recreation Room (for pushing up your hobbies skills, if you have freetime)

1 Master Bedroom
1 Kids Bedroom (or Nursery)
