I have made another apartment building and you can find in it

4 Apartments - 1 of them is a maisonette. There is a community room too.

They are fully furnished and you only need the EP Apartment Life to play this lot.

Info:
For renting the apartment FURNISHED:
CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
--> go very near to the door and stand before it and then SHIFT-click on it and choose "Rent Furnished"

After that open the cheat box again and type:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 916-1418
