It is the fourth opus of my Pacific serie, I know some of you are waiting for the "month" lot... perhaps later :D

It is a CORNER LOT, so this 2*2 lot must be placed on a road corner.
It is made with the Maxis "Brook" family one, if you want I have it empty in sizes between 2 to 4 (PM me)

Ground floor is for a 2 entrances corner garage and a large game/party room
First floor is for the living rooms, upstairs there are three bedrooms. This lot, in furnished version, is for 5 sims.
The unfurnished version is the Pacific Fortnight-UNF.rar file.
To modify this house, just be careful with the quite complicated roofing.
