I love playing small homes, so I thought I would share one with you. This home is on a small 2x3 lot and is landscaped using mostly tropical plants.
It has;
* one double bedroom
* one single bedroom
* 2 baths
* seperate kitchen, living room and hobby room
* there is room for a driveway but I didn't include one
Absolutely no CC used, not even wallpaper (twas hard to do!). No building cheats used either, excect move_objects to get the trash can out of the way.
The house is mostly furnished but could use some more decorating. I'll leave that up to you and the Sim's who live there's taste (and CC!).
