Small Homes-Tropical Starter Home-All skills, no CC

My little tropical house has started a tropical neighborhood, so my sims needed a starter house. Once again absolutely no CC or building cheats used, except move_objects to get the trashcan out of the way.

It has:

*all 7 skills
*bedroom and bath are located in the basement
*livingroom and kitchen are on the main floor
*landscaped yard using mostly tropical plants and a pond
*plenty of room to grow!


I think I used 1 Ikea stuff pack wallpaper on 4 tiles of wall behind the bed, so if you don't have it you'll have to change out those 4 pieces of wallpaper.
