A lavish family home with plenty of space and my first real attempt at anything resembling landscaping.
Very little CC, mainly just the awesome 'annie modular sofa' which I haven't included but can be found at the link below. I have included the gorgeous little shrub border from simnuts though as the lot wouldn't look right without it.


There's a lattice carport at the front and at the back there's a matching lattice gazebo. I've placed a hottub in it, but it could be used for almost anything.



I've also split-levelled the two upstairs children's bedrooms just to make them a bit more interesting.
I built the lot in a game which has all the EPs and SPs so I've ticked them all just in case, but you shouldn't need all of them really. The main requirements are NL, BV, SN, TSS & K&BS.
