European houses have a distinct look and feel to them.
These homes feature architectural elements from French country, Spanish, Italian, and Mediterranean houses.



Curb appeal from both street and rear – this home has it all. Whether linkside, waterfront or a natural backyard setting, from the covered lanai all of nature’s beauty can be savored. Also, the combination of the generously sized pool and ample space to dine on the lanai extends the opportunity to savor the outdoors.



The ground floor features a large foyer and hallway, with a large kitchen/dining area. Room for a large master bathroom suite with two adjoining alcolves for a more private locale.



Upstairs has spacious sleeping quarters with 6 ample sized bedrooms upstairs, complete with a large bathroom.



The complete house is topped off with a seperate two-car garage, and stylish landscaping. The home comes unfurnished, to allow for all personal styles of interior design.

Custom content has been kept to an absolute minimum, with 6 wallpapers and a single colum, to accuratly recreate the rear porch. Included is a comparison photo of the original house I based this on, and I could have gone for absolute replication, but decided on poetic licence lest the custom content become out of control.

Software used for the column: SimPE, Milkshape, Amapi 3D, Fireworks CS3 and MS Paint. (Yes, Paint lol)

The roof of this house gave me some problems during construction, mainly the rear master bedroom, as it is a round roof, the roofs seemed to ignore the no roof under a roof rule where round roofs are concearned, so, I had to place 3 normal small roofs hidden inside the round roof, so that the other roofs would not intrude into the master bedroom.
