Pie Menu Fix for Maxis Cheap Telescope in all non-English languages

EAxis stupidly messed up the order of local pie menu in cheap telescope. Instead of translated text, default English text will be displayed for "Watch for UFOs" function in all non-English languages.
With this fix installed, "Watch for UFOs" pie menu in Maxis cheap telescope will be correctly translated into all non-English languages.
Not needed if you're playing in English.
Compatible with AL.Now part of Pie Menu Text Strings Fix, which also fixes similar problems in other objects.
Required EP: FreeTime
Installation:
Place in your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads folder.
(Or in a subfolder of Downloads folder.)
