A spout of illness finally gives me time to upload! So, here is a house I did a while back; it is a real corner lot based on Patul's Twin's Corner: http://nene.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=234606



The house's kitchen is multi-level. I.e. though there are counters to eat at in the kithchen on the first floor, the sims prefer to use the attatched dining room on the second floor. Plus, it looks great!



From the hall there is direct access to the basement containing a garage (car included )



The lot has to be placed on a corner!!

Playtested: Yes, 1 simday

I have not used anything from the following stuffpacks, though I have them installed:
Ikea Home, Teen style, H&M fashion, Celeration, Glamour life, Family fun
