This is the perfect Beach Vacation Home for your Sims Family with 1 or 2 children. Peaceful, Relaxing, and Harmonious with the seashore this lot will make that vacation one of perfection.
The lot itself features a lovely pond, covered patio, and plenty of palm trees on the sandy ground. The house is two stories, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.
On the first floor we enter through the side of the home, going under the covered patio and into the large living room. Ahead are the stairs leading to the second level, to the left is the living room proper. This room is mainly large picture windows on two walls - letting in the light and giving us a view of what is going on down the street where the beach is. To the right is our modern kitchen and the dining area. The dining area also has large windows while the kitchen offers the latest in appliances and counters.
Up the stairs to the second level where we enter the large, fun-inspired game room. The small family bathroom is off of the game room at this end. At the same end, towards pond location, is the second bedroom. This room is furnished for one boy and one girl child. Going toward the opposite end of the game room, directly next to the second bedroom, is the lovely master bedroom. Adjacent to both the master bedroom and the game room is a very useable upper deck. This is the perfect location for getting out into the sea-air, smelling the salt-spray, and perhaps dozing a little.
The grounds have hammocks and driftwood. The pation has lounge chairs, a picnic table and grill.
This is ready and highly in demand among the true beach vacation loving sims.
