Let your sims get the beach feeling and visit the Shopping Promenade!
This wonderful location at the seaside was build for my apartment sims in "Rue De La Promenade".
It features a little grocery store, a toy store, a fine boutique and there is a club with billard, poker and a bar upstairs.

Furnished and playtested - no custom content!

PS: I use the original Desiderata Valley neighborhood to build my lots (see the neighborhood screenshot at 'Promenade Sur La Plage' for placing suggestion)
