Garden View Estate has three homes, all double story and they all have their own private courtyard.

Also in this estate there is plenty of community areas to socialise with your neighbours.

In the middle there is a huge swimming pool with a BBQ area and also included for entertainment an 'open mike' to break the ice with your neighbours.

Also included is a gym and sauna area for you to relax and unwind. And if that isn't what your sims like there is also a lake with seating to relax or you can take up some fishing.

The second bedroom in Apartment 1 & 2 can be a double bedroom.
