Each lot has 18 apartments and 2 staircases.
They also include corner stores for your sims to get their groceries!
I'm not sure if they work or not without MogHughson's shopping mod, which I recommend you get either way.
Price range for 1st building is 990$ to 1761$.
Price range for 2nd building is 809$ to 1730$.
No custom content used.
PS: I'm not going to claim that I'm a fan of this building style, but my country was part of the USSRand we have the exact same buldings where I live, so it's a bit of a nostalgia grunge thing.
