The driveway in this lot is just flooring. NL users should replace it with a real driveway. You can also build a garage at the back.

This house is pretty playable for having so much space. Your sims get to enjoy the full-featuredness of a luxury home without the two-hour hike.

There are lots of spaces to partition off should you need extra bedrooms. The bedrooms on the first floor are close to the kitchen and bathroom - should your sims procreate, you can put the parents in the blue room and the baby in the yellow.

If you don't like how the staircases overlap each other, you can replace them with crocobaura's Open underneath Maxis stairs.

There are three versions available: fully furnished and decorated, completely unfurnished, and fixtures only, which means lights, plumbing and kitchen stuff.
