This house is furnished with a couple and teenaged daughter in mind. However, you can squeeze in up to 6 sims by converting the back sitting room into another bedroom, and adding a bed to the front downstairs bedroom. It's compact, but there's space for everything a sim needs, and more.

I have also provided an unfurnished version for those who like doing it themselves.
