23 Admiral Avenue: $63k/25k, 3BR+3BA, affordable family home w/ large yard (NO EP/CC)

This house was *sort of* based off my boyfriend's house - but it took on a life of its own. There is space for a driveway, but I don't have NL and am not exactly sure how those work. You'll probably have to rotate it to make it fit.

This lot features a large, flexible backyard. You can replace the sandbox with a pool, extend the tiles and create a BBQ area, but I chose to go with something more homey.

The second floor isn't really much of a floor, it's just two bedrooms and bathrooms conveniently located on top of the mudroom and downstairs bedroom. The little stair landing overlooks the living room, which has a big, high ceiling.

There are three versions available: fully furnished and decorated, completely unfurnished, and fixtures only, which means lights, plumbing and kitchen stuff.
