This is a fenced property featuring a beautiful outdoor living area with a pool and nested hot-tub as centrepiece. The large patio has space for a dartboard, seating, BBQ, and bar.

The house has 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath (master bdrm) while the other two share a bathroom. You can sleep 8 sims in this house although it will be a little cramped.

I have also provided an unfurnished version for those who like doing it themselves.
