I made this house for all those who doesn't have the Expension Packs I am usually using for my lots and who told me they like them.

It has been made with AGS and require only Base Game and Pets to work properly.

It has been scanned with CleanPack Installer - no hacks.

As said on the title the lot contains a 1 room, 2 bathrooms fully furnished and decorated house which contains all the necessary items for your sims to improve their skills.

There is a small swimming pool in the garden, a bbq place and 1 swing. There is a chess on the small terrace. I hope you'll find it is a nice place to be for your sims as it was my purpose when building this lot.
