Named after Icelandic architectural/cultural hub Reykjavik, this duplex screams Icelandic (and Scandinavian) architecture.
It hosts two apartments and each apartment has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Each apartment comes fully furnished, but no decorations (besides the rug and flowers).
Also, there's no custom content in this lot! How lovely!
It's been play-tested and I've had no issues with it, it works like a charm. As an added bonus, there's a small patio out back covered in lush shrubbery.
