A small and modern apartment complex with a garden and balcony.

It's providing enough space for small families, whilst single sims and couples can enjoy the space as well. All apartments, gardens and balconies have the same size, but the floor plan of the flats on the left side differ from the one on the right side.

All flats have 1 bathroom and basic furnished kitchens. Besides that, the apartments are empty. No CC used in this build.
